Pre-Event Preparation
Participants complete psychometric self-assessment using
personality leadership style web based tools. A short
360 degree feedback process is completed for colleagues, manager
and direct reports. Web based feedback is provided anonymously to
the participant. Personal report creation for each
participant by Peak Pursuits, containing the results. This will
become vital data for each person on their development journey, and
is delivered when they attend the event.Agree the
final design of the development module, to match your specific
business needs.
Event
This is normally a standard two day Module. However, for senior
managers and some high potential groups we recommend two Modules of
two days each. A Module is a mix of specific learning
content, business related exercises and personal
development.
Business Exercises stretch participants thinking beyond what their current role requires. Each session is debriefed by the group to highlight learnings about the organisation as well as personal insights.
Personal Exercises are the parts of the Module that focus on the individual. They start with an explanation of the assessment tool and how to interpret the results. There is an opportunity to digest privately their own personal data with a Peak Pursuits coach.
