The Coast to Coast is the classic, long distance off-road ride in Britain . The route passes through three of the finest National Parks, crossing the width of England 's greatest watershed filling you with a sense of freedom. Over the six day period we will guide you through the high mountains of the Lake District and across the rolling Dales and the magnificent Yorkshire Moors.

The route runs in stages from The Irish Sea, crossing the North of England to finish on the beaches of the East coast. From St Bees in Cumbria , you will travel across some of the more arduous and most spectacular terrain in the country, finishing at Robin Hoods Bay in North Yorkshire . You will average 40 miles a day.

The complete journey covers about 220 miles and crosses numerous high mountain passes, famous valleys, and along some of the top ten single track routes in the country. This trip, however, is not for the non-hardy biker and a good level of fitness and some experience of off road riding is a requirement, as well as the need to achieve the coast to coast. Imagine the thrilling sense of fulfilment at seeing the North Sea stretch out in front of you as you come to the end of 220 off road miles!

The trip is a mixture of camping and bunkhouse accommodation, we provide full vehicle and mechanical support, a highly experienced and qualified guide and all food. A good level of fitness is required as is some previous experience of off road riding.
