Maria is our Social Development Team Manager. As part of the Social Development Team she works alongside the Outdoors Leaders developing the social skills of the young people on our programmes. Raising their self esteem enables them to fulfill their full potential within the activity and this transfers into other areas of their lives. Maria also holds BELA and MIAS, and skiing qualifications.
