Peak Pursuits Social Development Programmes

Based in Staffordshire, Cheshire, Derbyshire and the Peak District. A Peak Pursuits Social Development Programme is tailored to suit the needs of the young person or group.  These bespoke courses combine outdoor activities, arts workshops and education.  Courses can vary from a couple of weeks to a full academic year.

When they join us the young people very often exhibit challenging behaviour or are facing a number of difficulties in their lives.  The activities are structured to give progression, offering challenges, inspiration and act as a tool for breaking down barriers, establishing boundaries and opening up communication.  Over time, steps are made to increase confidence and boost self esteem.

Peak Pursuits has a proven track record in helping young people achieve.  Previous participants on social development programmes have gone on to find employment, enrol on college courses or simply found the ability to move forward with their lives having improved their self esteem and social skills.
