Communication is probably one of the simplest to recognise within a session but remains one of the more critical.

Simple tasks such as the calling code on a climbing wall, Chinese whispers in a teambuilding session or route planning in an orienteering session are prime examples of the candidates having to communicate amongst each other in order to complete tasks.

The candidate having to listen to the safety brief prior to any activity is again a prime example of communication.
