In all our sessions you will certainly witness our instructors placing many responsibilities into the hands of the young people.

The variety of these responsibilities will be enormous depending on the instructor's impression of the group, but they could be as important as belaying their colleagues on a climbing activity, writing the contract with the group in the first session of a residential break or asking a competent young person to help encourage and support other members within a group.
