The world is made up from many different people, each with different characteristics. Our instructors at Peak Pursuits will recognise these characteristics and will endeavour to bring them out in many young people who never thought they had them.

This will be done by empowerment, a selection process or by passing a little vital information to that young person. For example, on our bridge building project you will probably see our instructor pull out the quiet observer from the back of the group and show them the blue prints for the bridge.

This young person will then be sent back into the group to communicate the solution and thereby lead their team successfully over the shark-infested custard.

Leadership is a skill that is regularly confused with a loud voice. Peak Pursuits will encourage all to take on the role of leader at some point throughout the sessions.
