On almost all our residential, the young people will be sharing either dormitories or tents. The young people will be encouraged to have an involvement and voice in setting the boundaries of their living areas.

These boundaries will normally be discussed and signed by the young people in the initial contract writing session during all our residentials.

Often, simply having mealtimes together can create a fantastic atmosphere and positive team spirit.
